This Lolita cosplay fashion started in Japan during the late 70’s, but took off in the 90′s. Since, it has been permeating the world like a sugary, pink torrent.

Cut your fabric following the pattern and sew it to complete the garment. Once you have integral pieces such as blouses and skirts, you can go about adding trim as suggested in Step 3.
